We recommend (Mountain Barn Buildings) to anyone there customer service is amazing. And James that did our delivery was super amazing!! We got our building in 3 days after we ordered it, we were expecting up to 4 to 6 weeks before we get our building but the day after we ordered it we got a call that they had one in the making so they just painted it the color we wanted it and delivered it the next day. The quality of there buildings are amazing the rafters are on every 2'ft and the studs are on every 16"inc. Sturdy build for amazing prices. We were planning on shopping around to see what the prices are on other sheds but after taking a look at there buildings, and checking in on the prices we made our mind up very quick!! Out of 1 to 10 we give them a top 10!

Frequently Asked Questions
What does a carport cost?
Depends on the size, the options you pick, and where it's going. That's not us dodging it. A number posted on a page would be wrong for most people who read it. Call and we'll get you a real quote, free, with nothing owed either way.
Do I need a concrete pad?
Not necessarily. Ground anchors are standard, and we also anchor to concrete with rebar or use mobile home anchors depending on your site. What matters most is that the ground is reasonably level. Tell us what you've got and we'll tell you what it needs.
Do I need a permit?
That's your county's call and it varies. Some want nothing. Some want the anchoring done a specific way. Check with your local office before you order and we'll share what we know from working in your area.
Do you install it, or do I?
We do. Delivered and installed by our crew. No tools, no helper, no Saturday gone.
Can I close in the sides?
Yes. One side, two, three, or all four. There's also rollover panels that run down to the ground and half sides if you just want to block the wind. Close in all four and it stops being a carport and becomes a garage. If you do enclose it, add a vent so moisture doesn't sit in there with everything you just covered.
How tall can the legs go?
Six feet is standard. We go to 7, 8, 9, 10, or 12 feet, and custom past that. RVs, lifted trucks, and equipment usually need the taller legs, so mention what you're parking when you call.
What's covered under the warranty?
Forty years on the Weathermaster roof and sidewall panels. Twenty years rust through on a 12 gauge frame, ten years on 14 gauge. One year on workmanship.
Where do you deliver?
Middle and East Tennessee, out of our lot in Clarkrange. We've been doing it since 1992.
